Questions Worth Asking
If you already hold a recognised professional coaching qualification, the Psychosomatic Leadership® Accredited Coach pathway is designed for you.
If you want to apply the methodology but do not have prior coaching training, choose Accredited Practitioner, which includes Coaching Foundations.
If your primary interest is using the PIQ® assessment, choose PIQ® Certified.
No. The Accredited Practitioner pathway is specifically designed for professionals without formal coaching qualifications, including L&D and HR professionals, consultants, business owners and organisational leaders.
Coaching Foundations are included to develop the core skills and professional boundaries needed to apply the methodology responsibly.
Accredited Coaches and Practitioners can apply Psychosomatic Leadership® within the professional scope associated with their accreditation. Because PIQ® Certification is included in both pathways, they are also authorised to administer, interpret and debrief PIQ®.
Those completing PIQ® Certification alone are authorised to use the assessment but are not accredited in the broader Psychosomatic Leadership® methodology.
No. Psychosomatic Leadership® accreditation is a specialist professional accreditation, not a replacement for an ICF (International Coaching Federation) or equivalent coaching qualification.
Qualified coaches can use it to extend their existing practice, while the Practitioner pathway provides coaching foundations for professionals applying the methodology within leadership and organisational development contexts.
PIQ® focuses specifically on Psychosomatic Intelligence® the capacity to recognise, interpret and regulate mind–body patterns that can influence behaviour, decision-making, performance and wellbeing.
It is designed to provide a different lens from personality assessments or traditional employee wellbeing surveys and is not a clinical or diagnostic assessment.
Psychosomatic Leadership® accreditation and PIQ® Certification are subject to ongoing professional and licensing requirements designed to maintain standards and protect the integrity of the methodology and assessment. Full renewal, assessment-use and licensing terms are provided before enrolment.
